Note: McClelland Barclay (1891-1943) was a US American painter and illustrator well known for his fashionable magazine covers and advertisements. In the 20s and 30s he was also successful as an art deco jewelry designer and sculptor. Because of his depictions of women he was chosen as a judge for Miss America 1935.
